Financial Obligation

By my signature, Iconfirm that I agree with the following statements and understand this forms a legal contract between myself and Cayman Academy:

1. The above-named student is my responsibility financially while attending Cayman Academy.
2. On receipt of an offer letter, the following fees are due:
   1. Non-refundable Registration Fee of $25
   2. Non-refundable Placement Fee of $500 (NOT refunded if application is withdrawn)
3. Students with uncleared balances may not be permitted to enter class.
